I do struggle with work-life balance, especially the past year working mostly at home & having social media as my job, it does take a toll on my mental health. I’m trying to remind myself the joy in what i do & also, take time to quiet myself & my thoughts☁️
I forgot how much peace & calmness reading gives me until recently📖.
Spending time in the bookstore, the stillness, & just me being present with my book, gave me clarity😌☁️ It reminded me how important it is to truly ‘self-care’
